Organic coffee is rendered more value because of the higher cost of certificates and lower yields. Many people believe it is healthier than the non-organic coffee in terms of its own as well as the coffee’s growing environment.
In order to get organic coffee, farms are requests to avoid using any synthetic chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides for coffee planting. And most importantly, chemical pollution should be prevented during the coffee cherry’s collecting, processing and coffee bean’s drying as well as storing.
Organic certificate will be awarded by proper international agency once they confirm the organic coffee.
